Nana Nteboa Pra IV is a distinguished leader combining corporate vision with traditional authority. An alumnus of AUCC with a BA in Development Communication (2013), he serves as Broadcast Journalist, CEO, and Divisional Chief of Himan-Prestea.

Recognized for excellence in leadership, he was awarded the UCIA Hall of Fame and received two Honorary Doctorates in 2022. Currently pursuing dual Master's degrees in Chieftaincy & Traditional Leadership (KNUST) and Peace, Security & Development Studies (University of Cape Coast).

Known for community leadership, corporate vision, and social impact, Nana Nteboa Pra IV drives LOCOMS' commitment to responsible mining and community development.

Mr. James Quaicoe brings over a decade of mining and business leadership experience to LOCOMS. He holds an MSc in Industrial Finance & Investment from KNUST, a Postgraduate Certificate in Mining Engineering from UMaT, and a B.Ed in Mathematics from the University of Education, Winneba.

His extensive background includes former roles at Golden Star Bogoso-Prestea and Future Global Resources, where he developed expertise in strategic planning, operations management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Under his leadership, LOCOMS has strengthened its operational capabilities and maintained strong relationships with key mining operators in Ghana.

Salifu Emurana oversees human resource operations and systems support at LOCOMS. He holds a BSc in Information Technology Education from UEW, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from UCC, and an Honours Diploma in Networking Engineering from NIIT.

With experience in construction, electrical, and engineering services, he brings a unique blend of technical and human resource expertise. His strengths include HR administration, operations coordination, IT systems support, and quality supervision.

Salifu ensures efficient human resource processes and technology infrastructure support LOCOMS' operational excellence.

Kwaku Ansah Boakye-Yiadom is a qualified Mining Engineer with a BSc in Mining Engineering and is currently pursuing an MSc in Engineering Management. He brings over three years of experience in both surface and underground mining operations.

His expertise includes drill & blast design, production monitoring, and compliance with mining regulations (L.I. 2177, L.I. 2182). Proficient in industry tools including AutoCAD, Surpac, and MS Office.

Daniel is a member of professional associations including WAIMM, AusIMM, and IAENG, reflecting his commitment to professional development and industry best practices.

Baafi Adasi Bright is a First-Class Mining Engineering graduate from UMaT, currently leading surface mining operations at Heath Goldfields. His career includes significant roles as Mine Planning Engineer at Future Global Resources and Drill & Blast Engineer at Rocksure International.

Proficient in advanced mining software including Deswik, Surpac, MineSched, Rio-Blast, and SHOTPlus, Baafi brings technical excellence to mine planning and execution.

His focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainable production aligns with LOCOMS' commitment to responsible mining practices.

Anthony Turkson Kwofie serves as Finance Officer at LOCOMS, bringing specialized expertise in occupational health, safety, and environmental management. He holds an MSc in Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Management from GIMPA and a Professional Diploma in OHSE.

His expertise encompasses risk assessment, safety audits, emergency response planning, and compliance training. Anthony ensures that LOCOMS maintains the highest safety standards across all operations.

Through continuous training and proactive safety management, he supports LOCOMS' zero-compromise approach to workplace safety.

Bernard Boah is NEBOSH and ISO 45001 certified, bringing over 20 years of HSE experience in the mining industry. His exceptional track record includes achieving over 5 million Lost Time Injury (LTI)-free hours at Golden Star Bogoso.

His expertise spans accident prevention, incident investigation, HSE systems implementation, and safety culture development. Bernard's leadership has been instrumental in establishing LOCOMS' comprehensive HSE framework.

Under his management, LOCOMS maintains rigorous safety protocols and continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance across all operations.

Obed Otoo oversees administrative operations and systems support at LOCOMS. He holds a BSc in Information Technology Education from UEW, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from UCC, and an Honours Diploma in Networking Engineering from NIIT.
